two days ago i have developed shooting pain in the right ear when i burp. I also have some infection in the throat-pain in the throat and cold like feeling plus some thing is blocking in my throat, so has difficulty in breathing , difficulty in maintaining breath while speaking at times and i can feel a growth in the middle portion of my throat and a small swelling also on the upper left portion of my throat. what could it be sir
