What Causes Swelling And Pain In Inguinal Lymph Node?

painful swollen right inguinal lymph node with pain in right ovary area heaviness pain in kidney area, des daughter, hysterectomy (uterus, cervix and fallopian tubes) only have ovaries left. feels like an inflated balloon is in my right pelvic area.

You could be having infection in the legs or vagina. Kindly get yourself examined by a Gynaecologist and Surgeon to look for the source of infection and get it treated.
