What Causes Swelling And Pain In Left Knee And Ankle While Suffering From Osteoarthritis?
I have osteoarthritis. My left ankle and left knee swell almost nightly. I have a burning sensation in my left knee and my left shin is sometimes painful. I try not to take painkillers very often, as they are not terribly effective on most occasions anyway. I suffer from insomnia, caused usually by leg pain between midnight and 5 or 6 am. Are these symptoms due to osteoarthritis.
