General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms seem to be related to burn due to electric shock.

I recommend you to use anti inflammatory medication for the pain such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.

I also recommend to use topical antibiotic ointment.

If the symptoms do not improve you should go to the emergency room for further treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
