Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that the black eye and swelling and pain in cheek can be due to
soft tissue injury leading to rupture of blood vessels that can cause bruising and
hematoma formation..
Swelling is also due to inflammation of soft tissues and accumulation of inflammatory exudate..
As the bones of face are immobile [except mandible]as well as does not belong to weight bearing areas of body, the fractures are not identified without clinical examination and
x ray..
I would therefore suggest you to consult an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon and get evaluated as well as get x ray of face done so that it will be ruled out if there is any fracture..
In case if there is fracture surgical reduction ha to be done..
In case if there is soft tissue injury then taking anti-inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen, doing cool compresses and applying
Heparin gel to reduce bruising can help..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
