When having an angiogram which caused me to shout in extreme pain the doctor giving me the angiogram then changed to another doctor after I complained when they finished I had extreme pain in the area after my groin began swell and caused me great pain a few days in my right groin and thigh area was extremely bruised black and blue and I lost feeling in the area and had a burning feeling I have now lost power in my leg cant lift my foot this has gone on now since 30/1/17 and wonder what I should do? Hi, Sorry to hear of your pain. While bruising and some pain is common at the puncture site for angiography and not a serious concern. However, if you have weakness in the limb, this always need urgent assessment and management. So please visit your doctor urgently. Hope I have answered your query.
