What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Penis?

My husband has a foley which he has had since the beginning of August. We are working with a urologist for treatment but yesterday his penis began to swell and tonight it is even more swollen and he is in pain. Is this dangerous or can it wait to see the urologist. Email Address is YYYY@YYYY

as per what u said there are two possibilities it might be simple penile tumescence or there may be penile fracture .ask to take some nsaids..if it keeps increasing consult surgeon otherwise it subsides
