What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Wrist After Removing Gloves?

I don t know what happened to me I was at work and I had a glove on and when I took it off near my wrist and it was swollen I have put ice on it and the swelling has still not went down and well it hurts like heck!!! And I don t know what s wrong with me... What should I do?

The gloves you put must have been.tight keep putting ice packs regularly on thw swelling for the next 3 to 4 days it will get better
