What Causes Swelling And Pressure In Vagina Along With Vaginal Bleeding?

I have a swollen vagina and I feel a lot pressure and contracting in my vaginal cavity. Two days ago my vagina had blood coming from inside of it, the pressure gets so intense it feels as I did when I was in labor, even though I underwent a hysterectomy 17 years ago. I am a 39 year old female and thus far since my hysterectomy I ve not experienced these type of symptoms. What s wrong with me?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is very atypical type of symptoms you have if this is hysterectomy done and still it is the bleeding per vagina then it need to be clinically examine, and not just for bleeding but for other symptoms too better to see the surgeon, it is not the normal phenomenon, it may be infection, some growth would be likely (Lesion) hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
