What Causes Swelling And Redness Between The Toes?

I was bitten by a tick between my toes and went to urgent care last Sunday. The Dr. Prescribed an antibiotic for me. That night my foot looked a lot worse. It was very swollen and red. At the site of the bite the blister got bigger and moved some. My primary care was able to fit me in Monday afternoon. By this time it was looking better. I have a follow up tomorrow. What is concerning me is that my hands are numb a tingling and now my feet. I have dystonia as well( full body torsion. Generalized Dystonia

* Local part changes are subject to cellulitis, but systemic dystonia is some what alarming sign and suggestive of neuro-muscular dysfunction at multiple synaptic levels of neurons.
