What Causes Swelling And Stabbing Pain In Between The Anus And Testicles?

I have intense stabbing pain and swelling between the anus and the testicles. This has been happening on and off for over 6 months now. But when it happens, the pain is unbarable. At times there has been spot of blood but not always. I am not sure if it is linked, but I also get severe lower back pains in the morning while getting up. Please help, as my GP is not able to diagnose it.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
You get severe pain in lower back in the morning that radiates to the site between testicals and anus, nerves coming out of intervertebral spaces are being compressed by some pathology. You are having lumbago with neuralgia. You go for an xray of lumbosacral region Ap and Lat views. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice tab dicloperacetamol MR , tab tramadol and cap B complex, all three times a day , hard bed , rest after xray report.
