What Causes Swelling And Stiffness In The Hands And Knees?

From the end of sept 2017 My knees and hands became swollen and stiff also painful I have Lyme test x3 with all negative results All of my blood work for auto immune is negative including RA I have not worked sine November 30 and my symptoms are not getting better also had a course of high dose prednisone At my wits end Have any IdealSmart? All of the MDs I have seen are stumped No RA or autoimmune in my family hx

can be systemic deficiency of trace elements as calcium, magnesium zinc or other metabolic disorders which has to be evaluated by separate profile.
