What Causes Swelling And Tightness In Left Ankle With Tender Spot Inside?

My left ankle feels swollen and is tight when moved up or down. Also have a sore and tender spot on the inside of the same ankle, on the inside of the knee just slightly below the joint and on the upper inside of thigh. Have been experiencing this for a couple days. I am 65 yrs old, a carpenter contractor and very physically active daily. What might be causing this?

it can be ulcers may be related to your work. have to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.have to take systemic antibiotic like penidure la12 foronemonth. exclude diabetes. if diabetes is detected then control of diet and drugs to control sugar.
