What Causes Swelling And Tightness In The Lower Legs?

sweling in both legs from knee down. skin extremely tight. swelling began about 6 days ago. 4 days agp the dorsal tibia in left leg fractured when I stepped down one step. i am very active, runner, exercise classes including weights. not sure what is happening

I really appreciate your concern, if this the history of fracture then such swelling could be due to fracture and it may need surgery better to have orthopedic opinion try to keep the leg in elevated position hope this information helps.
