What Causes Swelling And Twitching In Eyes After Sinusitis?

I have had infected sinusitis for the last 2 weeks, mainly on the right side. Yet I have an uncomfortable left eye - feels slightly swollen, sore and some intermittent twitching. Feels almost like a stye but their is nothing visible and it isn't quite that sore.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having swelling of the eyelid most probably because of stye after having sinusitis.
Stye is because of involvement of the gland of the eyelids because of spread of infection from the sinusitis.
This requires treatment by use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. Applying hot compression and use of topical antibiotic eye drops provides symptomatic relief.

Thank you
