What Causes Swelling Around The Eyes After Taking A Steroid Shot?

My son has poison ivy really bad. Went to doctor and was given a steroid shot and pack but his face is swollen around his eyes, no breathing problems but it s still spreading. Doctor thought he would be better Yesterday. Should we call or go to hospital?

no, wait for 2-3 days. this may be due to drug reactions or due to ivy poison.
Treatment: Antiallergics.
if complaints will not suside or change, consult doctor.
