I have RA so I Im not sure if this is related or not. I don't seem to have any swelling systemically..only in my face. It's very swollen around my eyes upon waking and although it gets better as the day goes on, it does not completely go away x 3days now. This is definitly not just standard morning puffy eyes. Any ideas??
if Ra is rheumatic arthritis, it is autoimune disorder. it can be related to eye like having iridocylitis. can cause ciliarycogetion. it is to be treated with steroid drop or oral steroid can be given. itwill control all symptoms and condition will improve. tapering of steroid is to be done. steroid in the form of dexamethazone may be used.
