What Causes Swelling Around The Vagina After Having Anal Sex?

My boyfriend and I had anal sex for the first time last night. We did research so we knew what we were doing. I was really relaxed and we used a lot of lube and he used his fingers first to stretch me out. I felt no pain through the whole thing. But today there is swelling around the entrance and some semen is leaking out. I also have terrible gas. My question is, are my symptoms normal? How long will it take for the swelling to go down? Thank you!

Hi,

Once swab from that area can give proper diagnosis, because if it's not traumatic then it's infection. If not apply 0.2 % Nitroglycerin. If it is resolved then not to worry, otherwise swab and microbiological opinion is needed! In medical language anal is not considered natural and should be avoided!

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
