Hello,

You can get fine needle aspiration (FNA) smear of the swelling behind the collar bone. FNA is an OPD procedure which samples the cells in the swelling to assess the nature of the swelling.

I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and fine needle aspiration of the swelling.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks and take care
