Over the past few years my right ankle, below the ankle bone swells. It appears to be cyst like and doesn't hurt. Generally it's only slightly swollen but since I injured my back I've noticed it swelling more than usual. It does go down with rest. Any ideas?
Hello, It sounds like you may have a bursitis. If it is painful you may need to see an orthopedist. if it is a bursitis they can inject some steroid medication to calm it down and decrease the pain. Regards
