General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

According to history, it doesn't look any dangerous situation like fracture

It could be tendinitis, ligament injury or muscular strain...

Do you have any history of trauma???

For this warm compress beneficial

Ibuprofen can be prescribed for five days

Avoid strenous activities

Take rest for few days

If no improvement then x ray local part or if needed MRI planned to investigate further

Hope your concern solved

Consult orthopedic surgeon for examination
