What Causes Swelling, Flaking And Pale Skin On The Left Side Of Face?

The left side of my face from the eyebrow down my cheek to the upper lip became swollen for five days. Itchiness and pain ,peelings of dried flaked skin became apparent. When the swelling went down the left side of my face now looks 100 years older than my right side. lOlz. What is happening???what can I do to bring balance to my face features.

Your symptoms are pointing towards condition called Bell's Palsy. This condition is because of inflammation , or compression of facial nerve supplying one side of the face. Treatment consists of taking steroids and physiotherapy . Although full recovery may takes time , but it is possible. So , i would advise you to consult your physician about this condition.
