What Causes Swelling From Nose To Cheeks?

I have red swollen outer nose spreading into cheeks (butterfly image ). Swelling is spreading to upper lip. No trauma previously . Very tender and seems as if fluid is building up under skin . Fever 101.8 and swollen tender lymph glands under ear/jaw. Should I go to Er now or can I wait till tomorrow 9 am dr apt ?

Well come to HCM
Hypersensitive reaction is very likely and in initial phase this could be more sever but with the time this comes to normal one in very rare condition this may need some treatment and this could be antihistamine and in very severe case may need steroid, wait for some time if the symptoms persist or become worse then you need to see the ER, hope this information helps, take care.
