Hello,

Basically whatever you are telling points to the heart or vascular problem. I strongly suspect Hypotension or may be due to abnormally functioning heart.
So, without wasting your time, I would like to ask you some questions:
1. Do your skin (especially of fingers) feels cold ?
2. Can you describe your pulse? Is it very weal?
3. Is there a problem in vision?
4. Do you feel difficulty in breathing?
5. Is there coughing?

I would like to give some tests:
1. ECG
2. Test for NT-proBNP and BNP
3. Test for CK-MB, CRP
4. Echocardiogram
5. Chest X-Ray
6. Test for Sodium and potassium level, albumin (a type of protein), 7. Kidney Function Test including creatinine (which is connected with kidney function)
8. D-Dimer Test
9. Morning Blood Pressure
10. Fasting Blood Sugar

Please post the test result here in Healthcaremagic.com so that a doctor can give you the next course of treatment.

For now, I would like to give you Aspirin.

Also, follow some general guidelines:

Eat a healthy, balanced diet

Control your blood pressure and cholesterol level

Maintain a normal body weight

Exercise regularly

Don't smoke

No alcohol

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
