What Causes Swelling In Auxiliary Lymph Node With Pain In Armpits?
I have swollen auxiliary lymph nodes and the armpits have a strange odour to them, even after cleansing. In it all in the we re severely red and painful to move, similar to a yeast infection. I have had this issue for about 2 months and initially thought it was an allergy to either my laundry soap or deodorant or too much yeast in my diet... The redness comes and goes, but the swelling is still very large. I have been fatigued, have heart palpitations. Is there something wrong with me? What could it be if so? And should I see a doctor?
Hi, After going through your case there is likely possibility of soft tissue infection of axilla. I want to know 1) Any associated illness like diabetes. 2) Any associated symptoms of fever. 3) Swelling at any other site.
I would like to advise you to consult surgeon and get detailed clinical examination done. Basic lab tests, Ultrasound of axilla. You may require a course of antibiotics. There might be possible need of surgical intervention
