I fell on concrete over a month ago. My right leg between the knee cap and ankle swelled. I put an ice pack on and off for two days. My leg gradually turned black and blue all the way down to my toes. I still have a lump on my leg that is tender and occasionally will get a sharp pain in the area. It has not prevented me from carrying on my daily activities, but I m concerned about the hard lump still remaining. What is causing this and what can be done to solve the issue? I had an Xray and there is no fracture, etc.
