Hello,
You are suffering from swelling in the body with prominent veins in the neck. You have been doing cocaine for the last couple of months. Levamisole is increasingly used as an adulterant in cocaine worldwide thus swelling of the body is a great possibility. Facial swelling and
nasal inflammation can occur through the act of insufflation (snorting) and the
vasoconstriction of blood vessels thus causes a backup of lymphatic fluid around the face.
Prominent veins in the neck may not be due to cocaine us it may be indicative of sore throat, upper respiratory viral and bacterial infections,
mononucleosis,
CMV infection, cervical adenopathy, lymphoma, etc. may trigger or cause such symptoms. Jugular vein distention in the neck is indicative of symptoms of
heart failure and other heart and circulatory problems.
Get clinically examined by a GP, get a general health check up or a complete health check up done to detect the pathology causing you symptoms. You will be accordingly treated. You are advised to join a detox center so that you come out of the addiction successfully.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
