What Causes Swelling In Breasts Along With Lower Back And Abdomen Pain?

Hi, iv had my tubes tied for 7yrs. After having my 3 child. A few wks now my stomach is having swelling. My lower back and stomach hurts off and on my breast seem to be getting bigger. I havent missed a period. Iv taken two pregneant test..both were neg. Could i be prego?
