What Causes Swelling In Eye Lid And Bumps In Neck?

I noticed bumps on the left side of my neck two days ago, the next morning my left eye lid was slightly swollen and this morning the eye lid was swollen more and it seems to continue to swell. slight itch but not bad. At first I thought it was several spider bites or an allergic reaction?

It is lymphatic drainage from a source of infection to neck and eye lid. If so then systemic antibiotic and analgesic anti inf amatory to be taken.
