What Causes Swelling In Face, Lightheadedness And Nausea On Exposed To Sun?

Hello, I always feel sick when exposed to the sun. My face would swell and I would look sunburnt but it is the heat as later on I do not have sun burn, I also feel nauseous and light headed almost like I ve been on a boat. Am I allergic to the sun or the heat?

I do not think that it is allergy to sun or heat, but you need a complete health check up to investigate about the deficiency of some blood components. This is a rare presentation and so a thorough health check up is needed to exclude things one by one.
