What Causes Swelling In Feet And Ankles With Extreme Fatigue?
I have been working out in the heat a lot lately I do not sweat at all. I drink lots of water Now my hands, ankles and feet are swelling and I feel exhausted easily. I have to take breaks in the shade more often. We usually work 8:30 -2:30 or 3 w/o a lunch break We are in Fredericksburg, TX close to Austin. Do I have Heat Exhaustion?
