What Causes Swelling In Feet And Ankles?
hi, I have swelling in both feet and ankles. I don t get on my feet much ( about two hours a day) due to waiting for two knee replacements. I do my best to keep my legs elevated, to watch my salt intake, even use ice packs. And when I am on my feet, within half hour to hour they swell and I have to sit down...?
