What Causes Swelling In Feet And Ankles?
My feet and ankles swell throughout the day. Both feet are cold to the touch but are not cold in temperature. They are numb, but painful, like when a body part "falls sleep" except they don't wake up.Nothing helps the swelling and it isn't brought on by anything in particular. I am in my BMI, what could this be?
