What Causes Swelling In Foot?

hi i have a swollen foot 1 inch behind the toe ,a full can fell on it it is swollen for 30 days and hard to walk on Painfull ,i can move my toes but when i stand i was walking licke a pinguin ,it has gotten a little better but swelling is still there
