General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it shows flare in the allergic reaction and it doesn't seem to be due to montair however if it has failed to control the allergic reaction, you will need anti histamines like cetrizine or loratidine along with oral or injectable steroid shots.

Also a review by a nearby health facility to rule out any signs of anaphylactic shock should be assessed.

You should get skin prick tests to evaluate for the cause of allergic reaction. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards
