Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain swelling after
wisdom tooth extraction is not an abnormal finding and it occurs due to inflammation of the soft tissues that occurs due to trauma to them during the procedure of tooth removal..
You need not to worry about it as the swelling and inflammation will subside gradually when the healing will progress..
You can do cool compresses over the
swollen cheek..
Take a course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory painkillers that must be given to you by your
dentist.
Th meat that you are finding hanging that is grey in colour and stitches are loose can be healing tissue that is formed from the blood clot and if the stitches are loose it might have started hanging..
It need to be taken proper care as if it is lost the healing will not progress and will lead to a painful condition known as
Dry Socket..
You should not delay and consult your treating surgeon so that he can take proper measure to replace the clot and suture it appropriately so that healing becomes progressive..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
