What Causes Swelling In Labia Minora And Pus Formation?

Since yesterday I have slight swollen Labia Minora and clitorial region. There is some puss formation also. This happened after I had intercourse with my husband yesterday. I maintain very clean hygiene and there is no other infection in my body. Could this be some injury or infection? Please advice.
