What Causes Swelling In Left Chest?

I am 56 years old, male, 74 kg in weight and 176 cms in height approx. 2 years back, I was detected with 40% plaque in the heart and I have been under regular medication eversince. A month back, I had some congestion in the chest, so I was rushed to hospital where they said that the 40% had become 95%. Surgery was not required since it was only in 1 vessel. So, I had undergone angioplasty and a stent was placed. Post the procedure, my left chest seems to be swollen slightly. When I consulted my cardiologist, he said it is nothing related to the heart or the procedure done. Should I be worried about this?
