What Causes Swelling In Legs Along With Easy Bruising After Kidney Transplant?

I had a double lung transplant in 9-7-1995 and a kidney transplant in 8-13-2013 my legs swell up and when I touch something with my legs they split open very easy I got Fluid coming out what makes them bust open up so easy they got on vancomycin and piperacillin what are these meds for and what are the sideffics
