What Causes Swelling In Lower Back With A Spot?

Over night I developed a small football like swelling in my lower back on my left side. There was one spot inside the swelling causing severe pain. When I would try to sit down there were times where it felt like there was worms inside of the swelling and moving. This is causing great concern. I am 50 years old but have never experienced anything like this. Could please give me an explaination if possible. Thank-you Kevin Turcotte

DEAR FRIEND Kevin Turcotte, SEE THIS DEVELOPED SUDDENLY SO MAY BE DUE TO SOME RECENT INJURY... OR COMPRESSION TO PARTICULAR PART... AND AS YOU MENTIONED IT IS VERY BIG AND FEELING SOMETHING INSIDE SO YOU NEED TO CONSULT GENERAL SURGEON IMMEDIATE AND AS PER HIS ADVICE YOU MAY TAKE SOME DRUGS OR MINOR INCISION PROCEDURE YOU MAY HAVE TO UNDERGO..
