General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for using HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
You may be having some infection in your throat may be tonsils.
All your symptoms are because of infection.
Even lymph glands are due to infection.
Please get yourself checked for the same.
Amoxycillin may not be effective alone, instead moxclav may be more effective.
Warm saline gargle and ibuprofen will help in reducing swelling.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
