What Causes Swelling In My Ankles While Suffering From Back Pain?

Am 65, Have been taking care of my 2 sick grand kids for two days and was under some stress, running around, going to Drs visits I suddenly got weak and my legs just buckled. And went down to floor. Was ok after a few minutes My legs have been aching some for about 2 weeks, and slight swelling in ankles. Am on zoloft and low dose of blood pressure medication. Have back pain due to disc problems

At your age with bp medication chances of ankle swelling are high, especially when you remain standing for long hours. I would recommend you to check your blood pressure, and if it is high get your bp medication right.
Also start taking calcium and vitamin d 3 if you are not taking it already. I would also suggest you to take tablet methylcobalamine.
