What Causes Swelling In Occipital Lobe?
A friend of mine is getting swelling by occipital lobe. He feels a bump of size of a tabble tennis ball. After couple dys it goes away. This happens periodically. Trying to find out what causes it and what is the permanent cure. Cat scan is done nothing is found

from the description of your symptoms your friend could be having enlarged lymph nodules that are brought about by an underlying infection, stress related condition, hormone imbalance problems.
i would suggest during the time your friend gets the swelling he should be reviewed by a doctor and done the necessary tests.
