What Causes Swelling In Testicle And Legs While Having Hypertension?
I am a diabetes educator and My client also has Hypertension. His legs are swollen from the knees down to the ankles, his face and eye kids are swollen but what he complains of more is his testicles severely swollen he can hardly walk. He has the typical s/s of renal failure he has the rash/sores on his arms too. What is causing the testicular swelling?

I really appreciate your concern, the first possibility of testicular swelling could be TVH (Hydrocele ) and it needs to be ruled out else it could be the generalized edematous condition such case requires complete systemic examination and investigations hope this information helps.
