What Causes Swelling In The Ankle, Calf And Abdomen?

I have edema in my ankles, calf and abdomen. I have gained about 5-10 pounds in a week. The swelling in my ankles has been going on for about 1-2 months. There seems to be no reason why my ankles are swollen. I exercise (run an mile 3 times per week) and have an active job where I sit and stand frequently. Why is this happening and how do I get rid of the edema?

it needs ultrasound abdomen so can be diagnosed correctly either any mass is putting pressure on your body structures.so advice: USG: abdomen
