What Causes Swelling In The Ankles After An Abortion Procedure?

Hi! I recently had a surgical 2 day procedure abortion. Approx a week ago to be exact. Before the abortion i had very swollen feel but no pain or tenderness. Since the abortion my feet and ankles has become swollen again and tender. Somewhat sensitive to touch. Is this something that I should worry about?

I believe that is due to hormonal changes,but if the symptoms gotten worse then consult your doctor.
