What Causes Swelling In The Arms And Legs?

diagnosed with membranous glomerulonephritis high protein in my urine and low albumin I can t walk because I have pain and swelling legs and arms and now my face my doctor prescribed water pills and some heart medication then tells me it should resolve soon it has been 14 days and I am feeling worse what options and treatments should I seek

I can understand your concern.
You are having chronic kidney disease.
Since you are not improving with water pills, you should follow these things.
1. Fluid restriction (less than 1.5 liters per day) and salt restriction in diet.
2. Get done serum protein level. If low then Albumin infusion is indicated.
3. Get done sodium and potassium levels. If low, you will need 3% NaCl and KCl injections.
4. Low dose oral steroid (prednisone 5mg) should be tried.
