First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you are likely suffering from hypothyroidism and already started with thyroxin replacement.
This medicine will take some time to work and your symptoms will improve but if still not helping then consult your endocrinologist and get your blood tests for Hashimoto thyroiditis.
You may also need to increase the dose of this drug but after getting your blood tests repeated like thyroid function tests.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
