Hey me and my boyfriend was fighting and I hit him in the eye his eye started to swell but we put a cold towel on it now he been messing with it all day now his eye is red he said it doesn t hurt he just seeing double vision but once he pull his bottom eyelid down he can see clear what does this mean

please consult with an ophthalmologist urgently nearer to u. its due to inflammation due to injury to the eye.
