What Causes Swelling In The Feet And Ankles?

I have a lot going on. Swelling of my feet, legs, and ankles. My left ear sounds like a mixture of my heartbeat and ocean sounds. Can t hear much else. I hadn t had a period in 6 months. Severe cramping though. Now, I have had a cycle 2 times in the last 3 weeks. I m greatly fatigued and depressed. I wonder if these can all be connected.

I can understand your concern.

So better to consult gynecologist and get done clinical hormone levels.
You will need hormone pills to regulate hormones.
